She primarily deals with matters and provides advice in the areas of labor law, trade unions, and civil law.

Her experience in labor law includes negotiating with trade unions regarding social packages, collective labor agreements, work regulations, implementing voluntary redundancy programs, collective layoffs, employee transfers, employment restructuring, and representing employers in court. She also advises on day-to-day labor law matters, such as concluding employment contracts, developing remuneration packages, and extending and renegotiating contracts for management staff, including board members.

She has collaborated with employer organizations in Poland and abroad, including PostEurope and the European Commission as part of the Commission for Social Dialogue in the Postal Sector in the area of ​​labor law.

She is a mediator listed on the list of mediators at the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Policy.

Malwina Strecker is the author of publications on labor law published in the Polish press.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Wrocław (major in administration) and the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia (major in law).

She is fluent in English and Russian.
